Ezekiel Oluwatoin Adeleye - Chairman

Rev. Dr. Adeleye is an award winning fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as a fellow of the Chartered institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He has worked with several companies such as Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde & Co (Now KPMG), Merchant Banking Corporation Nigeria Ltd and New Prudential Building Society Ltd. He is currently a bi-vocational ordained minister serving as the Minister in charge of ECWA Mazamaza, Lagos as well as the Chief Executive/Managing Partner of Olu Adeleye & Co. He currently serves as on the board of several organizations such as the EOA Investment Bank Ltd, ECWA Academy and the Caleb University Governing Council. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors

Solomon Ighodalo Edokpa - Managing

Solomon Ighodalo Edokpa holds an MBA from Ambrose Alli University and M.Sc degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), and Nigeria Institute of Management- Chartered. He has been in the financial services for decades and served in various capacities.

Moses Oluwaseun Kolawole

Mr. Kolawole holds an HND Accountancy from Kwara state Polytechnic and B.sc Accounting. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) as well as Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He has worked in Jos ECWA Theological Seminary (JETS), Excellent Tutors Jos, ECWA Igbaja DCC, Federal Mortgage Finance Ilorin and several others. He was also Director of Finance and served on the Board of many ECWA strategic business entities. He has attended training programs both locally and internationally in areas including Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), financial sustainability and organizational change and several mandatory continuing professional education trainings organized by ICAN. He is the current MD/CEO of ECWA Portfolio Management Ltd.

Azike Onuaguluchi Diribe

Arc. Diribe holds a first class honors degree in Architecture from University of Nigeria Nsukka. He is fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (FNIA). He is also a member of the project Management Institute of USA as well as the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He is registered Architect with the Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON). He serves on the Board oon several organizations including Archbuilt Development Services Ltd. as well as teh Full Gospel Business Men Fellowship International, Nigeria. He is the Chairman, Board of Governors of ECWA Theological Seminary Aba.

Barbabas Dodo

Rev. Barnabas Dodo is an ordained minister of the gospel. He holds a B.A Theology from ECWA Theological Seminary Jos and a PGD in International Relations and Diplomacy at the ABU, Zaria. He also holds a Masters Degree in Pastoral Counselling at ECWA Theological seminary, Kagoro. He had a robust working experience within and outside of ECWA. He is the incumbent Chairman, ECWA Kasuwan Magani DCC

Olasunkanmi Joseph Iranloye

Mr. Iranloye is a Chartered Stockbroker. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers as well as an Authorised Dealing Clerk on the Nigeria Stock Exchange. He holds a B.sc (Hons) degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics and a Masters in Business Administration from University of Illorin. He was a member of the National Council of the Nigeria Stock Exchange where he actively participated in various committees including selection of the ATS Trading platform of the Exchange. He is a member of the full Gospel Business Men Fellowship International, Nigeria and He has varied experience in Capital Market activities and is currently the Managing Director/CEO of Century Securities Limited.

Olasunkanmi Joseph Iranloye

Danjuma Mele

Mr. Mele holds a B.sc degree in Business Management from Federal University of Technology, Yola. He is an astute administrator and has varied work experience in government ministries and parastatals at both state and national level. He served as Chairman of ECWA Investment Scheme, ECWA headquarters, Jos, member, Local Government Transition Committee, Yamaltu Local Government Area, Gombe State, Director National Sugar Development Council Abuja, Managing Director/CEO of Gombe State Investment and Property Development Company Limited and several others. He is presently the Commissioner of Trade and Commerce, Gombe State.

Lois Maikori

Mrs. Maikori holds a B.sc Degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Masters in Business Administration from University of Hull, UK. She is an experienced and innovative public servant with over twenty years of tested and proven expertise in public administration. She served in various capacities while working in the Federal Capital Development Authority and championed an all encompassing meaningful gender development process in the FCT as Executive Director of FCT commission. She retired from public service in November 2014 as Director Finance and Admin (Transportation Secretariat) FCTA.

Joseph Bata Danboyi – Company Secretary

Barrister Danboyi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Maidugiri and Barrister of Law (B.L) from the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island Lagos. He was a Counsel in the law firm of Garba Pwul & Co. (now a Senior Advocate of Nigeria) before setting up a partnership legal firm in 1992. He serves as Board Member of several companies including ECWA Productions Ltd. (EPL), Bingham University Teaching Hospital )BhUTH), Jos. He is currently the Company Secretary of Gowans Microfinance Bank Ltd and National Legal Adviser of the Nigerian Christian Corpers Fellowship amongst others. He is the Company Secretary of EDFS Limited.
